Welcome to TeleZest. We offer an online video streaming service that allows users to browse and enjoy a variety of live and on-demand programmes. By accessing or using our services, you accept the Terms & Conditions below. Please read them carefully.

1. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, at any time and at our sole discretion. Any change takes effect immediately upon publication.

3. Terms of use and service

You undertake to use our Service lawfully and responsibly. Unauthorised activities include, but are not limited to:

  • ❌ Using bots, scripts or automation to access or interact with our platform
  • ❌ Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorised access
  • ❌ Each subscription is valid for the number of devices you have purchased. Do not use it on more devices simultaneously; sharing a single account is not permitted and will result in suspension without refund.

Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your access.

4. Third-party purchases

Any transaction or purchase made with third-party sellers present on our platform, including "click to buy" links, is exclusively a matter between you and the seller. TeleZest accepts no responsibility for transactions with third parties.

5. Streaming quality and performance

The quality of your streaming experience depends on several factors, including:

  • ✔ The speed and stability of your internet connection
  • ✔ The capabilities of your device
  • ✔ The number of devices connected to the same network
  • ✔ Your geographical location

Although we strive to provide high-quality streams, TeleZest cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service owing to these external factors. Sharing a subscription may result in account suspension or device blocking.

6. Subscription payments and refund policy

All subscription payments and credits used are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase has been completed, no refund or cancellation will be granted, except where required by law. Please check your subscription details before confirming payment.

7. Use of VPNs and proxies

The use of a VPN or proxy server is permitted when connecting to TeleZest. However, misuse of VPN services to circumvent geographical restrictions or breach the terms may result in restricted access or termination of the account.

8. Accuracy of information

All information provided to TeleZest must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. TeleZest will never ask you for your password. Any unauthorised activity on your account is your responsibility.

9. Device compatibility

To access our services, you must use devices that meet our system and compatibility requirements. TeleZest does not guarantee operation on all devices. Before subscribing, consult our Help Centre to find out which devices are supported.

10. Internet service and data usage

Users are responsible for all internet or data costs related to accessing TeleZest. Your network operator may charge fees for high data usage.

11. Subscription sharing policy

Subscriptions may not be shared between multiple users. Only one active stream at a time is permitted. Purchasing additional subscriptions allows streaming on several devices simultaneously.

Any breach of this policy may result in suspension of the account.

12. Purchase and payment details

Purchases must follow the ordering procedures described on TeleZest. Prices, payment methods and delivery arrangements may change without notice.

13. Service interruption and suspension

Access to TeleZest may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • 🔹 Unforeseen server outages
  • 🔹 Network interruptions beyond our control

In addition, TeleZest reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access if a user breaches these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities or misuses the service.

14. Legal compliance and termination

TeleZest reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the service without notice if:

  • ✔ You breach these Terms & Conditions
  • ✔ You breach any applicable law, rule or regulation
  • ✔ You attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the operation of the service

By using TeleZest, you acknowledge that legal proceedings may be brought in the event of serious breaches.

15. Copyright and intellectual property

The name, logo, layout and scripts of the website identify our service and may not be copied, downloaded or reused without prior written permission. Other product names, trademarks and logos mentioned on the website (player applications, devices, providers) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for description and compatibility purposes only, without any affiliation or partnership.
